This Saturday, the 5th of September is The Cabins 10TH BIRTHDAY!!! 🥳

We are so excited to be celebrating this huge milestone with you all this week, sooo… 🥁

We are having a birthday week GIVEAWAY‼️

Cabin Story Time!!! 📖👶🏼🤎

“3 years ago I met my sister for a birthday brunch here and told her I was expecting my first baby and that she going to be an auntie! I placed a scan picture in her card and the second she opened it she said ‘I KNEW IT’.. I’m not the best at hiding secrets😂but I think it was the best birthday surprise for my sister I think she’s ever had! We stuffed our faces with banoffee pancakes and iced coffee to celebrate 🙌🏼🥞”

Poppy recently came back to the Cabin with her baby boy 👶🏼🩵 what a lovely family & forever memories made at The Cabin 🥺🤎

After a lot of dialogue on our closing times yesterday, we thought it good to clear a few things up:

On weekends and holidays:

Last food orders - 3:30pm
Last hot drinks - 3:45pm
Cold drinks - till 4:00pm

On weekdays:

Last food and hot drinks - 3:45pm
Cold drinks - till 4:00pm

Anyone sat down is more than welcome to stay right up till 4pm ☺️ we’ve now added a highlight to our page displaying these times and will add some signs around the venue to ensure it’s nice and clear.

Thanks to everyone who has visited so far over the school holidays 🥰❤️

UPDATE: The review has now been removed and we’re so grateful for all the positivity from so many of you!

Unfortunately the amount of comments were getting out of hand so we’ve had to switch them off.

There also seems to be a lot of confusion to our close time so we’ll make it simple here:

3:30 - last food order
3:45 - last coffees / hot drinks
4:00 - last cold drinks

Guests are more welcome to remain in the venue till 4pm. 😊

We’ve had it suggested we should add some signage / put this on our menus - so we will do our best to make it more obvious in the venue and on social media - thank you all for your feedback 😊

ORIGINAL POST: Really cannot believe we’re having to post this:

Yesterday we received a 1* review for allegedly refusing a customer due to race. This is a complete lie.

Due to our closing time at 4, we have our last orders set for 3:30. This is explained to all customers who arrive close to the last order time and to those who arrive after.

Raihan arrived with a group of 9 after 3:30 and our last orders policy was politely explained to the group - to which they seemed to understand.

However, within 5 minutes we had a review now claiming we’re racist 🤣 honestly, you can’t make it up.

To re-iterate what I said in my response, no matter your race, culture or religion you’re more than welcome here at The Cabin. All we’d ask is that you visit us when we’re actually open! 😊 (9-4 everyday)

I would really appreciate if everyone reading this could go and report the review on our Google profile (or leave a really nice one to drown this nonsense out ♥️) link to the profile will be on our story!
