Massive thankyou to everyone who joined our walk for St Luke's - Sheffield's Hospice we raised £410 🩷

We still have donation buckets in the cafe if you ever have any loose change you’d like to donate 🩷

A huge thank you to The Shelter Cafe for raising £410 to support our care!

In July, The Shelter Cafe organised a fantastic fundraising walk, bringing together around 40 supporters to help support people living with terminal illness across Sheffield.

Participants completed a 6½-mile route before returning to the cafe to enjoy a celebratory buffet, making the day a wonderful combination of community spirit, fundraising and good food.

Reflecting on the event, The Shelter Cafe Team said, "thank you to everyone who attended our walk to raise money for St Luke's. A huge thank you as well to everyone who has made a donation. So far, we have raised an amazing £410."

The money raised will help us continue to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their loved ones, both in the hospice and out in the community.

We're incredibly grateful to Jack, Beth and the whole team at The Shelter Cafe for their hard work in organising and hosting the event. We'd also like to thank everyone who took part, donated and cheered the walkers on along the way.

Support from local businesses and community groups, like The Shelter Cafe, makes a real difference, helping us continue to provide care when it matters most❤️
