Check out this guy, I think this is the third time he’s been in to try and get a fraudulent refund for food he hasn’t purchased.  Always claims to have spoken to the manager (female) on the phone,  but as we are the managers we know this isn’t true (as far as I know neither of us is a female) .It’s pretty sad that this grifters tries to pose as a respectable customer . Anyway if you know him you now see him for what he is.

Snookers back in Sheffield, talking with all the support staff that come in it’s clear that something magic is missing. So sad that we don’t know what we’ve got till it’s gone, as a kid JV’s routine was always my favourite bit of the tournament 😢
