Live Jazz Performance by Miss Trixie Holiday

At 4:15 PM, let the melodies of Miss Trixie Holiday set a pleasant atmosphere as she takes the stage for a 45-minute performance.
Interval Refreshments
During a brief intermission, enjoy a selection of delightful scones, an array of cakes, homemade chocolate truffles, and a refreshing elderflower cordial made from local wild elderflowers.

Second Set
Trixie will return to for her second set, serenading until 6:00 PM.

Six Course Spanish Inspired Afternoon Tea
Friday 22nd May - Sunday 24th May

Booking is essential, £30pp

To start- Roasted tomato, red pepper, chickpea, and sausage soup a grilled cheese crouton.

To Follow - A platter of Spanish omelet, champinones al ajillo (garlic mushrooms) and smokey tomato meatballs.

To Follow - A platter montaditos open sandwiches including, bocadillo de atún (tune), serranito ham , chorizo and roast vegetables and cheese and sun blushed tomato.

To follow - Orange and almond scones serves with clottered cream and orange jam.

To follow - Crema Catalonia (Spanish creme brûlée)

To finish - Lime and ginger cake with a coconut frosting.

All served with unlimited tea and coffee, plus a homemade orange and cinnamon cordial.
