We are open six days a week, closed on Mondays. Bishops Caribbean Bistro serve a variety of freshly homemade authentic Caribbean dishes. Eat in, collect a takeaway or use our delivery service. All our dishes are cooked freshly and using recipes passed to Shaun from his Mum. It's the secret ingredients that make our dishes so special and tasty.

If you’ve been to our shop you might’ve met Ian, alongside Shaun he plays an essential role in the kitchen.

Ian and Shaun have been a partnership for 20 years! And Shaun’s mum, who’s from Guyana, taught them both to cook the foods of the Caribbean as Bishops Caribbean formed.

But hear Shaun’s mum - “Di Bwoi can COOK!”.

And if you’ve tried our food you’ll know exactly why she said it😂🤤

Not only is Ian a student of the game and a meticulous chef, he’s got a massive love for the culture and makes food that honours the Caribbean🙌🏾
