He and wife Gloria wanted to bring a taste of the fabulous steak restaurants of Chile and Argentina to the UK. We use only the best quality beef and cook it over an open charcoal grill, as is the way in South America. On arrival you receive complementary bread and 'pebre' – a spicy, fresh tomato salsa from Chile. We have tried to source mainly Argentinean and Chilean wines for our wine list to giv

e your steak that extra air of authenticity. We have even visited some of the vineyards personally to assure we are offering the best wines at great value.
