❤️ A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS — SATURDAY DELIVERY UPDATE

We’d like to sincerely thank everyone who ordered from Ben’s Fire & Feast on Saturday.

Unfortunately, we were hit with an extremely unusual situation when two of our delivery drivers’ vehicles broke down, leaving us unexpectedly short of drivers during a very busy service.

As a result, some deliveries took longer than the high standard we normally aim for, and we completely understand how frustrating that may have been for the customers affected.

The important thing is that we’ve acted immediately.

We now have additional drivers on standby, so if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation again, we can bring in extra cover and keep deliveries moving.

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built and we never take your custom for granted. When something doesn’t go to plan, we don’t make excuses — we look at what happened, put it right and make sure we’re better prepared next time.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who was patient and understanding on Saturday, and thank you for continuing to support Ben’s Fire & Feast.

We’re looking for reliable team players who can work well under pressure, take pride in what they do and help us deliver great food and service to our customers.

Previous experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
