Looking for something to do this Saturday? If you’ve never visited Green moor Cricket Club then now is your chance! It’s Just up the road from Samuels kitchen at the top of the hill, so why not pop up to this fundraising day and support Barnsley Hospice too ❤️

This Saturday at 1pm we will be having a massive fundraiser for Barnsley Hospice which I'm sure many of you are aware of. But this is not a random charity event. A dear friend of the club - Chris Procter- is currently under the care of the hospice. Many of you will have seen Chris at the club either quietly helping or watching cricket but probably not realised how much he means to so many members of the club. After his terminal diagnosis we want to show him, now more than ever, how much he truly means to all of us. That is why the event is called Howzat for Hope as with everything he is facing he still has so much hope and kindness left to give. So we would be grateful if you spread the word and get as many people up to the club as possible this Saturday and show Chris how much we all care and let's raise some money to thank the carers for everything they do.

Nothing worse than loosing your house keys! We all know that feeling so If these are yours they are safe with us but please drop us a private message and tell us what is missing in this photo if they are. They were found in our car park here at Samuels kitchen and handed in to us today (Saturday 23rd May) and we would love to reunite them with their owner as soon as possible.
