👋 Hey comic book fans 📚 Graphic Novel Reading Room is back at The Treehouse tomorrow, and this time, after two sold-out events, there are still tickets available 🎟️

Come and join us for as long as you fancy between 4pm & 9pm to explore Gabi’s incredible collection of graphic novels in a relaxed and welcoming environment ☺️

It’s pretty awesome when a favourite game gets an update that makes it even better 🤩

That’s definitely the case for Monza and Karuba, two great games which have just arrived back in stock in our shop, with shiny new copies also making their way to our library 🌟

Family-friendly racing game Monza now has a modular track, so you can make the track short and simple or long and wiggly, whatever you prefer (also it does have a board to get ripped in half immediately, which we really appreciate 😅). Better yet, there are now enough components in the box for six players, so more people can share the fun 🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️

The new version of jungle exploration tile placement game Karuba also comes with components for six, plus three mini-expansions to mix up the gameplay. We’ve always loved this one for its simultaneous gameplay and level playing field, so we’re delighted that it now works for a larger group with more replayability 👍

🌶️🍅🥒 Come for a peak behind the scenes in the Treehouse kitchen 👀

If you receive our newsletter, you’ll know that this month’s focus was on how much of our menu we make ourselves.

You might well expect that we make the soups, salads and one pot on our daily specials board in-house (and we do), but you might not realise that we also make everything from the salsa we serve with our nachos to our house dressing to our hot sauce from fresh ingredients 🥗

We’re determined to keep bucking the trend in hospitality in which more food is bought in pre-packaged to cut costs: it tastes better and does you more good if you make it from scratch and know what’s in it 😋

Big thanks to our awesome kitchen team for all their hard work and creativity 🙌

If you’d like to stop by today for some fresh summer flavours, we’ve still got tables available all day. It’s worth booking ahead though as we do tend to fill up in the school holidays.

We are OPEN today from midday to 10pm, bringing chill bank holiday vibes, milkshakes, cold beers and perhaps most importantly, air conditioning ❄️💨

We’ve still got a few spaces throughout the afternoon and lots of room this evening, so if you fancy cooling off with us then come on down 😎

Also, a reminder that we’re closed all day tomorrow to give our team a chance to put their feet up, but we’ll be back on Wednesday from midday for more halfterm gaming action 🎲✨

☀️🍾 The sun is shining and the long weekend is well underway 😎 It’s the perfect time to try our summer wine special! Vinho Verde is a refreshing Portuguese style that’s traditionally a little lower in strength than your average wine, making it absolutely ideal for hot weather.

We recommend pairing it with something calming and nature-inspired for the perfect summer gaming session - Harmonies perhaps? 🌲🦦
