✨ NEW OPENING HOURS ✨

From 1st September until 6th December 2026, we’re making a few changes to our opening hours:

Monday — CLOSED
Tuesday — 5pm–11pm - last food orders 9pm
Wednesday — 12pm–11pm - kitchen closed 3-5pm - last food orders 9pm
Thursday — 10am–11pm - last food orders 9pm
Friday — 10am–12am - last food orders 10pm
Saturday — 9am–12am - last food orders 10pm
Sunday — 9am–11pm - last food orders 9pm
Our kitchen is closed 3pm–5pm on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

🍳 BREAKFAST
Thursday & Friday — 10am–12pm
Saturday & Sunday — 9am–12pm

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 31st AUGUST
We will also be open all day from 10am-11pm (last food orders 9pm)
including 10am-12pm for Breakfast

A friendly reminder about the new parking charges at Fox Valley 🅿️

You now get 2 hours of free parking at Fox Valley.
If you need longer, parking is £3.50 for up to 4 hours or £7.50 for the full day. These charges apply between 7am and 6pm — so if you're arriving at Fox Valley after 4pm, you don't need to pay anything. 🙌

And if you're joining us at Ponti's… there's an extra bonus! 🍝
As a customer of Ponti's, you can scan our parking QR at the entrance which our team will be happy to assist with, to receive an additional 2 hours of free parking, giving you up to 4 hours FREE while you're dining with us. 🍷✨

Please note that Ponti's is unable to manage parking disputes or reverse parking fines. The car park and its rules are managed by Dransfield House, the management and administration hub for Fox Valley.

☀️ THE SUN IS OUT… SO LET'S TALK PINK BUBBLES! 🥂🌸

It’s National Prosecco Day TODAY, and honestly, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with a chilled glass of something pink, sparkling and very Italian💕

And just look at how beautiful our Anno Domini Vino Spumante Rosé Bio is! 😍✨

But here's a little Italian wine lesson for you…

🌸 SPUMANTE
Our Anno Domini Rosé is a Vino Spumante — deliciously bubbly, Italian and rosé, but it isn't Prosecco.

🥂 PROSECCO
Our Casa Gheller Prosecco Rosé is the real deal — Prosecco DOC Rosé Millesimato 2024.

So what's the difference?

✨ Spumante describes the style — a fully sparkling wine.
✨ Prosecco describes the wine and its protected origin.

So, simply put…

All Prosecco is sparkling… but not all sparkling wine is Prosecco!

However we can seat up to 25 guests in our Ground Floor Restaurant - pictured
