Seven years today!! 🩵🍾

We started in a little corner on Leopold Square, just a handful of us, a pasta lab and absolutely no blueprint for what we were building. We figured it out as we went.

Since then we’ve survived a pandemic, won best pasta in the UK, hit number one restaurant in Sheffield on TripAdvisor and moved into a brand new home built to look and feel like Polignano a Mare, our town back in Italy. Walking into it still makes us smile.

We’ve gone through roughly 1.4 million eggs and about 70,000kg of flour if you’re wondering. Fresh pasta every single morning.

More importantly, we’ve watched our team get married, have babies, grow up and in some cases leave and come back.

We’ve had guests who’ve been with us since the very first week. We’ve hosted first dates that turned into weddings. We’ve been the place people choose for the moments that matter, and we don’t take that for granted for a single second.

Seven years in, this place still feels like magic.

Thank you Sheffield. Genuinely. Sette anni e non ci fermiamo 🩵🙏🍷🍝
