It’s time to say goodbye to our beloved Amalie😢
Her iconic aesthetic is highly sort after at any event/private bookings/weddings etc.
She is an original Citroen HY van born in 1972 and lovingly restored with the original 1.9 litre rebuilt petrol engine.
She’s had regular oil changes and serviced by Twigg Bros in Sheffield.
Currently set up with a fully serviced Fracino Contempo dual fuel coffee automatic 2 group machine. (Which is only 2.5 years old and gold standard for mobile coffee).
Set up to either work with plug in power or independently “off grid” with LPG Gas, two leisure deep cycle battery's totaling 200 amp hour minimum
Vehicle split charge system
Mains hook up charger
2000w heavy duty pure sinewave inverter.

She’s spent her last years serving specialty drinks and coffee for the masses however the coffee machine is optional so could be used for any other street food/catering opportunities.

Sadly having to close due to family circumstances.

Well that response broke our little hearts! We love you all so much!!!

Here’s a post to remind anyone who wants to come say goodbye over a cup of finest on 3rd and 4th Feb that we will be outside (absolute megababes!) from 10am until 4pm or while stock lasts ❤️

The CEO Gypsy doodle will be there to bid her farewells too and thank everyone for the cuddles!

After two and half beautiful rollercoaster years on our beloved coffee wagon we have taken the difficult decision to close our hatch for the last time.
Please join us for one last brew on 3rd and 4th February at the heart of Crookes - fruit & veg shop, where we hope to bid farewell to our gorgeous S10 peeps and beyond and to sell our remaining stock 🥹.

Like many small independents/start-ups trying to hustle through these crazy times, the journey has been difficult with many bumps along the way. The adventure of an outdoor business has been magical but oftentimes left us very open to the elements and the events game can be a bit of potluck! We have also had some difficulties in our personal lives which has meant it is no longer possible to carry on.

In order to look after our little family as best we can and to protect our health and wellbeing we will be saying goodbye to our beloved ‘Gypsy’s Brew’ and find our way in the world of grown-up jobs for a while. We love to imagine we could one day return to spreading love and light through delicious sparkly brews in the future (maybe with a front door and fewer wheels!) but for now we need to take stock and start afresh.
We have made the most amazing friends along the way, met incredible people, had awesome experiences, laughed loads, cried loads, and built up a beautiful community in our local park. This has been a wonderful adventure that we have been able to share as newlyweds and a time that we will remember proudly and fondly.

Whilst we did not secure our retirement fund, we have been able to spend so much time together, with our young family and with our community and whilst money comes and goes; connection lasts a lifetime. Through this lens we see just how successful we have been.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all those of you who have followed us, chatted with us, shared little pieces of themselves with us and who have bought from us. Please keep supporting local independents. Your money goes to the heart! ❤️

Son of a Nutcracker! The Christmas bugs have taken us down. We are extremely sorry to those of you visiting Santa at today but we are unable to open due to staff illness. Please be there is an abundance of caffeine and hot choccy options available just an elves skip away inside to keep your hands warm whilst you enjoy the Village.

Final few days at if you’re last minute Christmas shopping at why not take a break from the chaos inside pop outside, grab a mulled wine or a luxury hot chocolate and support a small local business ❤️
The village is free entry and if you’ve got the kids there’s hook a duck, rides, balloons and creating some beautiful festive face 😍
Slinging shots of the caffeinated and whisky kind until 7:30pm and back tomorrow from 10am👏🏻

Today to we are giving out random cups of kindness to any of the kids who come to Gypsy’s Brew in order to spread the message that if we can be anything to one another, then let’s be kind, let’s choose peace over war and love over hate 🍉❤️🖤💚🙏🏻

It’s been too long since we did our quote of the week and it feels like the right time to bring it back.
To tell you the truth we haven’t felt our most sparkly lately, life can get very serious sometimes. It’s also extremely hard to not feel heartbroken by the extreme suffering and war happening all over the world right now.
The thought of children in pain and afraid is almost too much to bear and like many it is easy to feel completely powerless and helpless to stop it.
Fortunately this isn’t completely the case. Aside from practical aid such as donations, petitioning and protest, we can all help change the world right from where you are standing right now.
Whether that’s by smiling at a stranger, paying for someone’s cup of tea, dealing with your own problems compassionately or sparing an extra 10 minutes to hear how someone is actually feeling; we can be the change we want to see in a world. Be the kindness that’s passed on to the next.
On mass this creates a world where love and kindness is the first and natural response.
Your anger is real, your anger is justified and feeling helpless is understandable. Just don’t forget the power you do have.
On Monday 18th December we will be giving every child that visits Gypsy’s Brew a cup of hot chocolate in honour of children caught up in war and taking donations for ‘Gaza Emergency Appeal’ (link in bio). Let’s teach our children kindness for a kinder future for all ❤️
