We’re excited to be welcoming new team members to join us at BROOK.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with food in a busy kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing great dishes, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team at the heart of our local community.
🍳 About the role
• Food preparation and kitchen service will be a core part of your role
• Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during busy services
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
• Some front-of-house support may be required during quieter periods
🗓 Availability
• Weekend availability is essential
• Shifts available mid-week and weekends
👩🍳 Experience
• Kitchen or food prep experience is preferred, but not essential
• Full training will be provided
• A positive attitude, reliability, and care for good food are a must
