Coney’s had a growth spurt…

New in from Brew York is Giant Coney, a supersized take on their award-winning Coney Hazy IPA.

At 7.5%, this Hazy DIPA takes the same Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hop combination and turns everything up a few notches. Expect loads of juicy citrus, ripe mango and stone fruit, wrapped up in a big, hazy, hop-packed beer.

If you’re already a fan of Coney, you’re probably going to want to meet its considerably bigger relative.

The latest Vault City Can Club drop has landed, and this one is basically a dessert menu in beer form.

Vault City’s new Bake-Off Series sees them team up with breweries from around the world, taking inspiration from four iconic desserts and turning them into some seriously creative sours.

🥃 Bake Off: Cranachan – 5%
Brewed with Azvex. Raspberry, cream and Scottish heather honey meet beer aged in ex-Speyside whisky barrels, bringing in oak, vanilla and whisky notes.

🍓 Bake Off: New York Cheesecake – 5.3%
A collab with Evil Twin NYC. Strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb with creamy cheesecake and biscuit flavours. Basically cheesecake in a can.

🥭 Bake Off: Sago Pudding – 5.8%
Created with Thailand’s Samata Brewing. Mango, lychee, coconut and actual sago pearls combine for a thick, tropical smoothie sour.

🍵 Bake Off: Matcha Mochi – 7.4%
Made with Japan’s UCHU Brewing and inspired by mochi and green tea ice cream. Vault City used around half a tonne of rice to recreate that soft mochi-like texture.

Four breweries. Four desserts. Four wonderfully bonkers beers.

All four are in the fridge now at Craft & Berry as part of the Vault City Can Club.

Danvm Dry Gin – Doncaster Railway (The Plant) Works, Steam Locomotive Edition

Part of Danvm’s range celebrating the history and heritage of Doncaster, this small-batch Yorkshire gin pays tribute to the city’s long association with railway engineering and locomotive building.

At 42%, it’s another cracking addition to our growing selection of Danvm gins, and the numbered bottles make these editions a little bit special too.

Some cracking new beers have just landed from Two Flints Brewery⁠ 🍺

If Two Flints Brewery are new to you, they’re an independent brewery based under the railway arches at Windsor Central Station, with a big focus on modern, hop-forward beers. Their whole approach is about balancing innovation with drinkability, which is very much our sort of thing.

We’ve got four to get stuck into:

Santiago – 3.8% Hazy Pale Ale
Their flagship pale. Soft, juicy and properly sessionable, packed with Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7 bringing peach, orange and mango, with a gentle citrus bitterness to finish.

DDH Centennial – 6% West Coast IPA
A proper West Coast IPA showcasing Centennial, coming in at 6%.

Shift Change – 8% Double IPA
A collaboration with Factory Brewing. A big 8% DIPA for anyone looking for something a little more substantial.

Nobody Knows – 6.5% Hazy IPA
A full-bodied hazy IPA sitting at 6.5%, and another great example of the hop-forward beers Two Flints are becoming known for.

A really good first drop from Two Flints and four very different reasons to give them a try.

Two new beers have just hit the taps at Craft & Berry 🍺

Vault City Imperial Peach & Apricot Pastel de Nata – 8%
This one is not messing about. A big modern sour inspired by the Portuguese custard tart, packed with peach and apricot. Fruity, rich and coming in at a very respectable 8%.

Atom Parallel – 4.2% DDH Pale Ale
A much more sessionable option from Atom, double dry hopped with Cascade and Amarillo. Fresh, hoppy and citrusy at an easy-going 4.2%.

Two very different beers and both pouring on draft now.

Two Brew York favourites are back in the fridges 🍺

Time Travelling Taxi – 5.4% Hazy IPA
Punchy hops, plenty of juicy character and a refreshing hit of zesty citrus. A cracking hazy IPA and always a popular one when we get it in.

Juice Forsyth – 5% Fruited IPA
A proper tropical fruit explosion, loaded with guava and mango. Juicy, fruity and very easy drinking.

Both are restocked and ready to go at Craft & Berry. Pop in and grab a few for the fridge.

A couple of favourites are back in the fridges! 🍺

We’ve had a fresh restock from gweilo beer 鬼佬啤酒 , including:

🥭 Stereotropical Hazy IPA 5.0%
Juicy, hazy and packed with tropical character. An easy-drinking IPA with plenty of fruit coming through.

🌃 Neon Jungle IPA 5.5%
Bright, punchy and full of flavour, with those brilliant Hong Kong-inspired cans looking pretty good in the fridge too.

If you’ve had these before, you’ll know why we’ve brought them back. If you haven’t, now’s your chance.

A quick heads up for tonight!

We’ll be closed from 7pm this evening as we’ve got one of our Beer Tasting events taking place.

Two fresh arrivals from Neepsend Brew Co have landed 🍺
Leto – Hazy IPA 6.2%
Hopped with Citra, Azacca and Cryo Pop, so expect plenty of juicy, punchy hop character from this one. A proper hazy IPA for anyone who likes their beers big on fruit and aroma.

1850 Porter – Victorian Porter 5.2%
A completely different direction and a nod to a classic British beer style, brewed with EKG and Fuggles. Rich, dark and traditional, just the thing if you fancy moving away from the hazies for a change.

Both are brewed locally by Neepsend Brew Co and available from the Craft & Berry fridges now.
