Why do we use Lost Mill here at Eat Wight?

The Lost Mill Bakery. All of their bread is made the traditional way, slow proofed over 50 hours using organic stone ground flour from N.R Stoates mill
and Isle of wight grain. They use local produce where possible to support the local community.

They bake fresh each day and delivered before opening multiple times a week for our customers to enjoy:

Our Caprese made on FOCACCIA WITH ROSEMARY AND SEA SALT

Made with 100% Isle of Wight grain and slow proofed over 5 days

Our Sarnies made on SOURDOUGH ROLL

A blend white flour from Stoates and Isle of Wight grain.
