Something from my Heart
I have been overwhelmed during this Season so many of you have come into my Teashop and quietly shared that you were abused in your childhood. It’s as if you recognised something in me and you were right.
I want to say this openly, I am not a counsellor, but I am a survivor. I was badly abused as a child and I know how it feels. The fear, the secret and never ever being able to forget, carrying it with you always.
After all these years it means the world that you can finally speak about it to someone you can trust and really knows.
If you would like to tell your story, my door is open.
If you just want to say hi that’s welcome too.
No pressure no judgement and you never have to explain yourself to me because I know.

Not a day goes by that you aren’t loved, missed, and remembered. Grief never asks us to let go—it simply teaches us how to carry love in a different way. It reminds us of what we have lost.
