Six years.

Six consecutive years of being recognised by Tripadvisor as one of the top-rated hotels in the world.

Not because we got lucky.
Not because it was easy.
And definitely not because hospitality has been a smooth ride.

Behind every award are thousands of breakfasts served, rooms cleaned, problems solved, late nights, early mornings, and a team that refuses to let standards slip.

Hospitality is one of those industries where nobody sees the work when things go right.

They only notice when they go wrong.

That’s why this award means so much.

It isn’t decided by judges.
It isn’t bought.
It’s earned through real guest experiences and real reviews.

To be placed in the Top 10% worldwide for a sixth consecutive year is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Most importantly, thank you to every guest who has chosen to stay with us over the years. Your support, feedback and kind words are the reason we continue to improve year after year.

And to our amazing team past and present this belongs to you too.

Six years down.
Standards still rising.
