Appointed head chef at Gordon Ramsay, Claridges in 2001, Mark gained a Michelin star and the title of Chef of the Year. Over 13 years with Gordon Ramsay, Mark instigated the opening of Ramsay’s four new pubs, co-authored 12 books and has written columns for BBC Good Food and The Times.
