Ingredients:
* 500g baby potatoes, boiled and halved/quartered
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 tsp each of cumin seeds and mustard seeds
* 1 tsp each of turmeric, coriander, and cumin powder
* 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
* Salt to taste
* 1/4 cup water
* Optional: 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
* Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds, then onion and cook until translucent.
* Add spices, stir, then add boiled potatoes and mix well.
* Add water, cover and simmer for 10-15 mins.
* Season with salt, garnish with coriander (optional).
* Serve hot as a side dish or main with rice or bread.
