What a day 😳🤯 literally kickstarted with a boot to my bladder from my unborn child at 5am, followed by a mythical lie in from my toddler, this woman has. not. stopped.
I’ve lost count of the number of focaccias I’ve baked, in and amongst bagels, muffins, mince pies, a ham, Christmas gravy prep and finally a pavlova 😅 despite the chaos, I remembered to take (albeit) 1 photo early on - yay 🥳
I don’t know whether it’s the pregnancy hormones or the genuine pride in myself that makes me well up at the thought of how my little business has grown this year and I honestly can’t thank you all enough 🥹
On that note - indulge me whilst I thank those that have helped make this first year such a success!
Rob - Thank you for everything. Literally everything. You’ve driven the van, helped me ball up hundreds of portions of dough, made me endless cups of tea, lugged all the equipment about, told me to get a grip when I was stressing/crying and put up with me when I was in first trimester trenches in front of two 500C ovens in 30+C heat - happy memories 😂
Family - Our parents and siblings - Thank you for the endless childcare requests you’ve helped us with ❤️ being able to drop Daphs off with you or have you scoop her up at a moments notice has been life changing for the business and watching her have the BEST time with you all is the cherry on top of the cake 🥰
My mixers and ovens - you lot have taken a BEATING this year and I’m so proud of you 😂 I promise to look into a commercial spiral mixer in 2026…
Settle Cricket Club - a huge thank you for giving us the opportunity to set up shop on Fridays/Saturdays! What a belter of a summer it was 🏏🍻☀️
All our lovely customers- whether you’ve booked us for an event, picked up a pizza on your way home or placed an order from the micro bakery, I honestly can’t thank you all enough. Your feedback and support have blown both me and Rob away and we feel beyond blessed 🥹

For now though, that’s us done for 2025 ✨🎄We’ll be back in the new year when I’ll no doubt try to squeeze in a couple of bake days before little man makes his appearance so keep your eyes and ears peeled 👀
