🎉 It’s Common Riding time! 🎉

Please take note of our opening hours for Thursday 11th, Friday 12th and Saturday 13th.

We’ll be serving up bacon rolls, freshly brewed coffee, tasty treats, and a selection of cold drinks for everyone coming along to enjoy the festivities.

Hey Folks, this year we will be joining at the London coffee festival, which means our coffee shop in Selkirk will be closed Wednesday the 13th and Thursday the 14th. Business as usual for the rest of that week.

Super fun Saturday teaching our SCA Barista foundation course today with; Alex, Cameron and Kenneth.

They learned the fundamentals of espresso, milk texturing, workflow, and what really goes into making consistently great coffee. It’s easy to underestimate how much skill and precision sits behind every cup!

If you’re passionate about coffee or thinking of working in the industry, I’d definitely recommend this course. It gives you a solid foundation, boosts your confidence behind the machine, and helps you understand quality from bean to cup. Even if you’re already making coffee, it’s amazing how much you can refine your technique.
