Opening dates for October. We will be opening again on Saturdays and Sundays throughout October.

Please note that on Halloween this year, I will be open on Saturday morning from 9am, but will close at 4pm when trick or treating starts. I'm excited to bring you lots of Halloween themed treats as well as your usual favourites.

Let me know if there is anything you would like to see in the Shed this month. I have a bit of a list of requests that I am working through, but I really love to hear what you guys want and honestly I love the challenge of coming up with new things that perhaps I have never made or considered before.

I had 9 teenagers tell me that this was the best fococcia they had ever had. Garlic Bread Focaccia is back in the Shed this weekend. And as a rare treat, it is available for your Saturday night. So ditch domino's and grab a slice of this. Warm it for a few minutes in the oven or 30 seconds in the microwave. Enjoy!

Updated menu for the weekend. I did bake over 75 cookies for this week's cookie week, but I used a different brand for one of the ingredients and I am just not happy enough to put them out in the Shed. So, I have scrambled and added a couple of items.

Garlic bread focaccia will also be available on Saturday rather than Sunday this week.

It's biscuit week in the Bake Shed this week. Well, cookie week. And I have plenty of varieties coming your way and they are chunky. Plus lots of brownies and cake to see you through your weekend.

I have a busy weekend of birthday celebrations, so no focaccia on Sunday but I might be able to get some out on Saturday afternoon. Maybe the Garlic Bread one (Saturday night takeaway anyone?)

Happy Sunday! The Bake Shed is open again today and it is the annual Hemingbrough Scarecrow Hunt. What better addition to this Autumn Festival than these Apple Fitter (or Apple Pie) Focaccias? Very similar to my Cinnamon Roll Focaccia, but this version is packed full of diced apples. The are folded into the dough and dimpled on top with lashings of cinnamon butter. Then glazed with a cinnamon icing. It's warming and indulgent and oh so Autumnal. Grab a slice from the Bake Shed in Hemingbrough today... and before Miso gets them!

Does the missing raspberry trigger anyone else? My friend said recently that she had never even noticed, whereas my eye twitches at the sight of it in the GBBO title sequence each week. But it wouldn't be the Bake Off cake without the little gap and it wouldn't be cake week in the Bake Shed without this fudgey chocolate layer cake.

Stout Cake Pots and Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake Pots will be hitting the Bake Shed this weekend.

I had these little cup containers and I thought they would look cute layered up like the drinks that inspired them.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake is a pumpkin infused sponge with warm spices like cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg for that signature PSL flavour. The buttercream is infused with coffee and yet more spices.

I have been meaning to have Stout Cake on the menu for months, but with it being featured on GBBO, this was definitely the week. The chocolate sponge is super rich and moist, with a subtle kick from the stout. It is layered up with Chocolate buttercream and a stout buttercream.

Available in the Bake Shed from 3pm Saturday until sold out.
