The Black Swan founded in 1833 is the oldest purpose built pub in Seahouses. During 2018 it was then taken over and is now owned by North Coast Collective Limited. The Black Swan Inn has undergone a half-million-pound renovation and is now a trendy and upmarket gastro pub.
