These are just the physical results that you can see after a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Girls I cannot recommend this treatment enough!

Testing 3 popular barrier relief creams…. So you don’t have to 🤌🏻

Top pick: Avené Cicalfate 10/10 (a little on the greasy side but glides on like a dream, sleep like a snail, wake like a princess)

Second up: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast 8/10 (a little harder to apply but great ingredients, super barrier supporting and you’ll wake up feeling like you slept in a fancy face mask)

Least favourite: Dr Althea 345 cream 5/10 (thin formula so have to use a lot as it just seems to sink in almost instantly. More of a moisturiser)

Adding a barrier relief cream into your routine will pay off. Use on super dry or sun damaged skin over the warmer months ☀️
