Join us tomorrow for the opening of the Grief Cafe at The Spotted Dog 21 High Street Seaford.

If you feel you would like to come and join us for a chat, refreshments and company we will be there between 10-12.

Loss is not just about death it takes many forms and can affect us more then we realise.
