- Jasmine rice
- Steamed sticky rice in banana leaves with mung bean filing
- Fried sticky rice cake

Caramelized belly pork - small pieces of marinated belly pork and boiled duck eggs braised in coconut juice served with pickled vegetables and salted beansprout and chive and a choice of:
- Jasmine rice
- Steamed sticky rice cake in with pork and mung bean filing
- Fried sticky rice cake with pork and mung bean filing

Traditionally served during Lunar New Year in Vietnam.
