Beth’s Kitchen & Cakery – Seaford

Part-Time | Permanent | Weekend Availability Required

Beth’s Kitchen & Cakery is a busy independent café and catering business in Seaford. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic cook to join our friendly team.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced day. You’ll be involved in preparing homemade food for the café, catering orders and our growing wholesale business. No two days are the same!

What you’ll be doing

• Baking and preparing homemade savoury items
• Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch
• Food preparation for catering and wholesale orders
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
• Managing your workload independently when required
• Working alongside a small, friendly team
• Bringing fresh ideas and helping us develop our menu

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Can work confidently on their own as well as part of a team
• Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work
• Has excellent food hygiene standards
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Is passionate about producing quality homemade food

We offer

• Flexible part-time hours
• A friendly, supportive working environment
• The opportunity to help shape new products and menus
• The chance to be part of a growing independent local business

Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week (to be discussed), including some Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience.
