🍕🐒 WE HAVE A WEBSITE!! (FINALLY!! 😂)

It's been a long time coming, but we've only gone and done it!

I've been building the Cheesy Monkey Pizza website myself, in between all the other projects going on at Monkey Manor. Turns out running a pizza business involves rather more than just making pizza! 🤣

It's still very much a work in progress, but we're getting there, and I'll be adding more bits and bobs as we go. So keep popping back to see what's new!

In the meantime, we'd love you to have a nosey and, if you like what you see, PLEASE SHARE FAR AND WIDE! 🌍❤️

Every share helps this little monkey business grow.

👇 Go on, have a look! 👇

Another fab night at The Gamekeeper.

Tried out the new pager system...worked a treat! Folks were able to sit with their team on the quiz and we pinged em when grub was ready.

Look out for Another night with Cheesy Monkey Pizza and Tony and his crew coming soon.

Way back when, I dropped a video talking about eutectic plates.

Very sciencey, I know. 🤓

Well… last night…

IT WORKED!!! 🍕🐒

Using three eutectic freezer plates in my passive chill cabinet, I managed to hold it at 4.4°C for 8 hours.

And it did the same thing during the day while I was at work, using three fresh plates.

That means I can now keep my preferment B**a at a nice, steady temperature for the full 48 hours.

And that means more time for all those lovely flavours to develop before it eventually becomes one of your Cheesy Monkey pizzas.

A little bit of science.

A little bit of patience.

And, hopefully, a whole lot of flavour. 🍕🌿🐒

Nice. 😎

Not an exciting post but I get a buzz when an idea works ! ;)

🍕 Pizza & Quiz Night is coming to The Gamekeeper! 🍕

We’re bringing Cheesy Monkey to The Gamekeeper, Scotter on Friday 9th October, serving up proper stone-baked neapolitan style pizzas from 8 till late. 🔥🍕

Good food, good drinks, tricksy questions and a few monkeys thrown into the mix. 🐒

A lot has happened at Cheesy Monkey over the last couple of weeks. 🍕🐒

Until very recently, we genuinely weren't sure whether CMP could continue.

We had the trailer, but our car simply wasn't up to the job of towing it. And that left us in a proper catch-22 — we needed a van to get the trailer out to events and earn the money, but we couldn't get the trailer out to events to earn the money to buy the van!

Then, over the space of a few days, things suddenly started falling into place.

A van.
A proper mixer.
More freezer plates.
And a few more pieces of the puzzle.

There's still plenty to do, and the dough will probably be in development until the end of time 😂, but Cheesy Monkey Pizza is now officially up and running.

So, if you know someone planning a party, wedding, pub night or event, we'd love it if you shared this with them. ❤️

Thanks to everyone who's supported us so far.

We're only just getting started. 🐒🍕❤️
