Our menu offers a variety of exciting dishes from the sophisticated Cantonese cuisine, the Crispy Aromatic Duck, to the spicy delights of Szechuan. Experience the finest ingredients and authentic recipes to create the delicate balance of flavours, aroma and texture of dishes you'll want to savour again and again. During your visit our experienced staff will be delighted to discuss the menu with you, and possibly recommend a suitable wine from our extensive cellars. A traditioanl Chinese feast is held as a celebration rather than a functional event to sate the appetite. Whilst at the Imperial we recognise the common sense of the latter, we make no excuses when promoting the former. Our aim is to serve you a meal that you will remember as a very special occasion, both in the contrasting flavours and the presentation of the food. We can cater for private functions of anything up to 120 people for any special occasion. We would be happy to create a special banquet menu especially for your function.
