This buffet was prepared for a family gathering to celebrate and remember a loved one at Ashby Decoy Golf Club
Whilst these are never the occasions anyone wishes to be planning, I always feel incredibly honoured when families choose Victoria’s tea room to be part of such an important day.
Good food has a way of bringing people together. It gives people a chance to sit down, share memories, catch up with relatives they may not have seen for years and spend time together when it matters most.
This buffet included freshly made sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls, quiche, savoury bites, cakes, brownies and clotted cream scones, prepared with the same care and attention to detail that goes into every order we make.
Presentation matters too. Taking the time to make a buffet look beautiful and inviting is our way of showing respect for the occasion and for the family who have entrusted us with such an important part of the day.
