Hull FC Foundation has named The Soldiers Rest as a 2026 Community Ambassador, strengthening support for Armed Forces personnel in the city. The partnership will enhance the Cookhouse Project through monthly visits, hot meals, and cooking workshops, helping build skills, confidence, and community connections for those who serve or have served.

It is with great sadness that "The Soldier's Rest" will be leaving our home for the last two years at Holme Hall Golf Club.

This is not our decision but "a new In House business model" that the club have decided to pursue.

We would like to thank all our loyal customers, family & friends for all your help and support in making us what we are. We don’t know what the future holds for The Soldier's Rest yet as we take time to reflect.

We will continue to cater at HHGC until the 31st of May, between now and then we will honour all our bookings, maintain our professionalism and standards while slowly withdrawing in preparation for HHGC's new catering team to take over.

We have contacted all future bookings with ourselves directly.

Once again thank you for support, loyalty and custom.
