Yesterday was our Birthday - it started with a productive day at Tokyo Star, followed by a peaceful stroll along the beach. We capped off the evening in the best way possible: cosy films and a few glasses of delicious champagne. 🥂

We use a unique oven which we bought specially to create this amazing blondie.

Like all our blondies, this is a limited drop—once the tray is gone, it’s gone!

Because of the precision required, we only bake one tray at a time.
