We have a selection of steaks available on our menu including the top grade A5 Japanese Wagyu currently on our specials board.

Wagyu grades are comprised of two parts: a letter and a number.
A: Above average (best yield)
B: Average
C: Below average

The Quality Grade (The Number) evaluates the overall quality based on marbling, meat color, fat color, and firmness
1 is poor, and 5 is the absolute highest score.

A5 is the highest achievable grade, representing maximum yield and the pinnacle of marbling quality making it steak like no other! Rich, buttery and melt in the mouth.
