After an incredible summer, it’s officially back to school! 🎒✨

And today is a BIG one in our house because it’s Ivie’s first day at school nursery! 😭💚 Eek!

Both Darren and I will be doing the school drop-off together so we can see her off and celebrate this next milestone with her. 🥹

So, Brew & Renew will be opening a little later than usual today while we have our very important Mummy & Daddy duties to do!

We’ll be opening our doors a little later this morning, ready for your coffee, brunch, sweet treats and all the catch-ups. ☕️🥐💚

Wish us luck… I’m not sure who’s going to be more emotional, me or Ivie! 😂😭

Tonight I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming a beautiful father-and-daughter duo for two hours of relaxation and two combination treatments. ❤️

Two hours to slow down, switch off and simply be present together.

A little connection, a little relaxation, and a much-needed pause from the busyness of everyday life. ✨

Thank you both for choosing me and allowing me to be part of such a lovely evening. It was a real pleasure to have you both. 🥰

September is here, and I’m absolutely ready for the cosy nights, pumpkin spice lattes, crisp autumn walks and that unmistakable feeling that a new season is beginning. 🎃☕️🍁

And here at Brew & Renew, we’ve got SO much coming up over the next few months. ❤️

I’m especially excited to welcome Book & Cake Club back next week! 📚🍰

And then we have a beautiful evening of stillness and sound…

✨ Sound Bath with Lucy O’Neill ✨
📅 20th October | 7pm

A chance to put everything down for a little while, switch off from the outside world and simply be. Let the healing tones of the singing bowls wash over you and give yourself some much-needed time to breathe. 🤍

Despite a few cancellations and a couple of no-shows, we still had a brilliant turnout for our very first Single & Ready to Mingle at Brew & Renew. 🥰

It was so lovely seeing people step outside their comfort zones, meet new faces and just enjoy a relaxed evening together.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make our first one such a success. ❤️

Tonight, we gather beneath the beautiful Sturgeon Full Moon 🌕✨

Our Full Moon evening is now fully booked, and I honestly can't wait to slow down, breathe and have a little pause with everyone joining us. A beautiful evening of stillness, connection and a little moon magic. 🌿

🎂 Tomorrow, Friday, we’ll be closing at 12pm as I head off to celebrate the grand finale of my 40th birthday celebrations!

And where are we going?

RUDIMENTAL. HERE. WE. COME. 🎶💃🏻

Then on Saturday, we’re back as usual for all your brunch, coffee and cake needs ☕🥐🍰

And then comes our star event of the month...

The cafe will be transformed into a little love palace for the evening, with Joe Williams playing live to create the perfect atmosphere while everyone gets chatting, laughing and hopefully finding a little spark. ✨

Tomorrow’s Full Moon event is looking to be just beautiful…

As we edge closer to Samhain and the season of autumn, we gather beneath the Sturgeon Full Moon and partial lunar eclipse to breathe, to create, to release and to call in all the goodness this new season has waiting for us. 🍂🌙

A moment to pause.

To honour what has been.

To gently let go of what no longer serves us.

And to make space for everything we want to welcome into the season ahead. ✨

There’ll be cosy moments, creativity, intention setting, beautiful rituals and plenty of time simply to breathe and be.

The turning of the seasons always feels like an invitation…

What are you ready to release?
What are you ready to call in?
And how do you want this next chapter to feel?

Tomorrow night, we gather under the Moon and make a little space for the answers. 🌕🤍
