🌿 A Little Change at Brew & Renew 🌿

From next week, our café will be closing at 3pm, but that's not the end of the day for us.

From 3pm onwards, Brew & Renew becomes Renewed Hours ✨

A calmer, more nurturing space where we'll be offering:

🌱 Holistic therapies
🌱 Quiet catch-ups and wellbeing sessions
🌱 Special events and workshops
🌱 A chance to slow down, breathe and reconnect

Our vision has always been more than coffee.

We want Brew & Renew to be a place that nourishes mind, body and soul, and Renewed Hours is the next step on that journey.

Well... here it is! 😱🪂❤️

The moment I jumped from 10,000 feet!
A few months ago this felt absolutely impossible. I was terrified, excited, nervous, and questioned my sanity more than once... but today I did it!

This skydive was all in support of the children's ward at Bedford Hospital Charity and Friends, and thanks to your incredible support, encouragement and donations, I found the courage to step out of that plane.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared my posts, bought raffle tickets, attending my wellness mornings, sent messages, and cheered me on. Every single bit of support meant the world.

A huge thank you to the team at Sibson Parachute Centre and my instructor Fordy for making this such an unforgettable experience.
Now... turn the volume up and enjoy watching me willingly throw myself out of a perfectly good aeroplane! 😂🪂
