🎉 WE’RE OPENING! 🎉

The wait is finally over… we’ve got the keys and we’re ready to open the doors! 🔑🍻❤️

We are SO excited to announce that The Old Comical will officially be opening this Monday, 7th September at 10am! 🥳

We can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors and start this new chapter with you! There’s lots to come, including our BIG refurbishment and relaunch, but for now we’re excited to get the pub open and see all your lovely faces! ❤️

🕙 OUR OPENING HOURS:

Monday – Thursday: 10am – 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am – 12am
Sunday: 10am – 9pm

💷 A little heads up!
Cash is definitely preferred at the moment as our card machine is being a little… well… temperamental! 😂🙈 We’re working on getting everything sorted, but if you’re heading down, bringing some cash with you would be massively appreciated! ❤️

🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL! 🎉

We can finally share the news… Dan Huby and Leanne Bannister are becoming the new landlord & landlady of The Old Comical from 21st September! 🍻❤️

It’s been a long road getting here, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited to start this new chapter together! 🥂

The pub is going to be having a massive renovation, but before the renovation starts, we will be opening the doors for a short period while we get everything ready. 🛠️🍻

Cassie Ann Clark will be coming back to help us manage the pub until 20th September, while we juggle our other jobs and everything else that needs to be done behind the scenes.

You will expect to see familiar faces behind the bar like Siobhan Robinson and Ash 🥰

We’ll confirm the exact date and time the doors will reopen over the next few days, so keep an eye on the page! 👀❤️

🍺 A little heads-up: the bar won’t be fully stocked during this short period, as the main stock-up will be done ready for our official reopening after the renovation.

But we’d LOVE to hear from you!

What a fantastic opening night! 🍻🎉
A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made our first night so special. The atmosphere was brilliant, and we loved seeing so many new and familiar faces!
