At Belton Farm, we believe exceptional cheese begins with exceptional milk. 🧀 That’s why we source all our milk from a dedicated group of local dairy farmers, all within 25 miles of our dairy, including a number of organic farms.

Our farmers are committed to the highest standards of animal health, welfare and husbandry, taking pride in caring for their cows and the land they farm for generations to come.

Their cows graze outdoors for a minimum of 180 days a year, with fresh milk collected daily.

It’s this care, quality and local expertise that provides the perfect foundation for our award-winning cheese.

What do we do with a day off from the shop? We go find more great food & drink, of course! 🧀🍷🍫☕️🍞

Today we spent the day at Abergavenny Food Festival, among some of the best producers from Wales and further afield. We had a pretty full-on day meeting up with current suppliers and foodie friends, listening to talks, and discovering some fantastic new products too.

We've returned with lots of treats and ideas, and we're looking forward to introducing some of our finds to our shelves for Christmas!

The sun has finally come out for today's Rioja tasting! We've got two great bottles from Bodegas Ugalde - A Blanco 2025, and a Crianza 2022.

🇨🇴⭐️ New Coffee: Colombia Alto Bonito ⭐️🇨🇴

Introducing Colombia Alto Bonito - Our third direct-relationship coffee! This washed process comes from the smallholding of Jorge Gomez, a fourth-generation coffee farmer in the lush mountains of Santuario, Risaralda.

Expect flavour notes of milk chocolate and caramelised almonds, with a gentle citrus lift.

Available this Saturday (We've been busy roasting!). ☕️⭐️
