Spiced Apple & Calvados Sour 🍏

We shake this one twice, and the first shake has no ice in it at all.

That sounds like a mistake. It is the opposite. With no ice there is nothing chilling it and nothing watering it down, so the foamer gets the time it needs to do its work. The ice goes in for the second shake. That is where the head on top comes from.

35ml Calvados, 15ml amaretto, 25ml cloudy apple juice, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 10ml cinnamon syrup. Double strained into a chilled coupe.

Well Bello Bistro has you covered! Situated in the lovely village of Moorsholm in the North Yorkshire moors we think the drive is definitely worth it!

We’ve added some of your favourites back to the new Autumn menu! So take look and you can even book your self a table just drop us a message on our socials and we’ll reserve your table!

Breakfast is served Friday and Saturday 10am till 11:45am and we only use the finest ingredients to get your tase buds going.

We still have very limited availability for our Christmas Day feast so be fast to make sure you don’t miss out on our luxurious menu created by our chef Mark

This year to create the most fabulous atmosphere and to maintain the highest quality we’ve decided one sitting will help us achieve this.

Arrival is between 12pm and 12:30 and then food will get underway.

We need a pre order for the starter and the dessert and we require 25% deposit for your whole booking. It’s £120pp

You book it because it gives you a reason to sit down for two hours with someone you like, and because a tiered stand makes an ordinary Thursday feel like an occasion.

The stand arrives full. It rarely stays that way.
