There’s still plenty to do, a few surprises up our sleeves and lots happening behind the scenes — but we’re getting there!

We genuinely can’t wait to meet you, feed you well and bring our little corner of Cornwall to life. 💛🖤

WOW… just WOW! 💛🖤

After yesterday’s name reveal and sharing a little more about our plans, we honestly don’t know what to say!

We are truly overwhelmed by the incredible support, kind messages, comments, shares and the huge outpouring of love for what we’re creating. 🥹💛🖤

What started as an idea, a lot of conversations and a genuine love of great food, good people and all things Cornish is slowly becoming something very real — and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it to life.

We have big plans for Deli-sh… and we want to create somewhere that’s about so much more than just food. Somewhere you can pop in for a great coffee, pick up something delicious to take home, enjoy a leisurely bite with friends, discover some amazing Cornish produce, or simply sit back and enjoy the experience.

We’re going to work incredibly hard to bring you the best food, the best products and the best experience we possibly can.

And knowing that so many of you are already excited to be part of it means more than you’ll know. 💛🖤

Thank you for believing in us before we’ve even opened the doors.

We cannot wait to meet you all, feed you, get to know you and hopefully become a little part of your lives.

It is with great sadness that Hollies will be closing its doors for good.

Due to ongoing staff challenges and personal reasons, this decision has not been made lightly, but it has become too much to continue. As a result, we are now closed with immediate effect.

I sincerely apologise to anyone who was planning to visit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single customer who has supported Hollies and walked through our doors — it has meant more than you know.

The business is now up for a quick sale, so if you are interested, please feel free to get in touch.
