An important update from our family 🙏
As many of you know, a few months ago we introduced holding a card at the time of booking, but until now, we’ve never charged for no-shows/last second cancellations, trusting in the goodwill of our wonderful guests.
Sadly, the volume of no-shows/last second cancellations we’ve experienced recently has left us with no choice but to begin applying that charge. As a small, independent family business, every table genuinely makes a difference to us, and it simply isn’t sustainable to absorb the loss.
We want to be as understanding as possible — life happens, and we completely get that! All we ask is that if your plans change, please let us know with as much notice as you can. A quick call or message is all it takes, and we will always do our best to accommodate you another time.
