Community Pub with Downton’s Quadhop , 1 Guest Ale , Hawkstone Lager ,Amstel and our very own 3.4% Pilsner called Village Vibes , Appleshed Cider and a craft ale . A true back street boozer that is a beacon to all real ale fans,with 1 permanent and 2 ever changing ales on (including a dark beer at all times) .A mecca for train buffs as there are lots of local and national train memorabilia situated downstairs.The downstairs room is good for small parties or meetings.Large sporting events are shown via BT Sport and free view.We also have a bring your own policy .Well behaved dogs are allowed as are children under the age of 18 but only till 7.00pm
