BREAKFAST at Cortado 🥓 🍳 🥚

You told us you wanted something special for breakfast.
So we took our Spanish omelette — the one you all love — and put it in a muffin.
Pan con tomate on the base. Sausage or bacon. A thick slice of that omelette. Cheese melted over the lot. Lid on.

Mon-Fri from 7 to 11.

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team at Cafeteria Cortado on a full time basis, with a rate of £12.71 with the potential for pay increases and the opportunity to progress into a management role if desired.

This is a varied role, so as well as making great coffee, you’ll also help prepare sandwiches and other light food, with the opportunity to work across both the coffee bar and our small kitchen.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous barista experience (essential)
• Confident making espresso-based coffees and latte art
• A positive attitude and team player
• Friendly, reliable and happy to get involved in different areas of the café

Today, we’re celebrating our first anniversary, and none of it would have been possible without every single one of you. Whether you’ve popped in for your morning coffee, enjoyed breakfast with friends, worked from one of our tables, or simply recommended us to someone else, you’ve helped make Cortado what it is today.
