Our four-course Italian-inspired dining experience is already proving popular and bookings are filling fast. If you’re thinking about joining us, we recommend securing your place now to avoid missing out.

🍴 From Mexican Fiesta Nights and Chef’s Summer Tasting Menu experiences to our featured Bistro Burger Club, Street Food Night, and Seafood Feast, there’s something for everyone over the coming weeks.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR THE BISTRO AT SHIELS ❤️

Exciting times ahead for The Bistro at Shiels! ✨

Over the last few weeks we’ve learned a huge amount, and after taking everything on board, we’ve decided to close the bistro for this weekend and next while we make some exciting changes behind the scenes.

Since opening, we’ve been overwhelmed by the support, encouragement and fantastic reviews from our customers. We can’t thank you enough for giving us such a warm welcome. ❤️

What has become clear is that with a slight change in direction, we have a real opportunity to create something special — a bistro that becomes a valued part of our community for many years to come.

We’re sorry to anyone who was planning to visit us over the next couple of weekends, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

This isn’t a step backwards — it’s the start of an exciting new chapter for The Bistro at Shiels, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
