Khao Man G*i is how chicken rice is served in Thailand. The chicken is poached, the rice is cooked in the broth, cucumber and ginger sauce on the side, a bowl of soup with it.

We cook it that way on School Road. A proper Thai lunch if you are in Sale in the middle of the day. Not a heavy curry.

Walk in. Lunch 11.30–15.00. Closed Mondays.

Khao Soi is Northern Thai coconut curry noodles. Soft egg noodles sit in the broth, then crispy noodles on top, so you get both in the same bite.

We cook ours to order on School Road. Chicken, coconut curry, lime, a little pickle. If you have only ever had Pad Thai, this is the other noodle.
