At the end of our Omakase experience, guests receive a gift bag containing some of the coffee and cascara used in their experience, as well as recipe cards for brewing - allowing them to take a little bit of the experience home with them.

Currently our Coffee Omakase for two is on sale for the rest of January and February, available to book through our website.

With the shop closed for the New Year and our 2nd Birthday quickly approaching, we're reflecting on our 2025 at Sale Moon.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who makes this venture possible. Behind Sale Moon is a hardworking team who go above and beyond whether they are on the bar, or representing at competition. On top of that, we've been fortunate to have hosted the most incredible people, including both the Barista and Brewers Cup National Champions, and our new regular collaborators from .

To finish off, we've recently been shortlisted for . Public votes are open until the 30th December, linked in our bio.

Thank you to everyone who has shown their support over this last year and has allowed us to continue to be Manchester's experience-forward coffee bar.

Ideal as an experiential Christmas gift or an end-of-year treat, our coffee Omakase experience is available to book for December & January.

The winter menu features two coffees from the La Negrita farm in Colombia, both of which were kindly provided to us by UK Barista Champion Will Woodhouse-Banks who had served these stunning lots at the World Barista Championship this year.

Complex & otherworldly. Not an Omakase to miss out on.
