What do you get when you take 100% beef chuck courtesy of and grind it, and then grind it again, making sure to add no binders, fillers or preservatives. Once and only once it’s hot on the griddle do we hit it with the secret seasoning. Then we pop in between the perfect bun made with flour (not brioche which is too sweet in our opinion). Lastly we top with perfectly melted cheese, gherkins, American mustard and ketchup.
The humble, but perfect Yes Burger. An Icon.
