Hello me lovelies, some important notes for your diary‼️

This week, Friday 12th June, we open at 9.30 with limited space until 10.30-11am as we have a booking for 22 ladies (I say ladies loosely 😜 as they are all going on tour to Butlins, so could be a tad rowdy 😂 ) Kelly Grigg ❤️

NEXT WEEK WE ARE CLOSED FOR A HOLIDAY

The plan for today paid off, albeit it was still blimmin hot in the kitchen 🥵

I went in last night to do all the oven prep so we didn't have to turn ovens on this morning ✅

Only had 1 fryer on, most of the day ✅

The plate warmer was turned on and off in half hour intervals ✅

Kept the blinds shut - sad but the sun is on us all day ✅

Kept the doors shut and air-conditioning on ✅

Summer is so annoying when you work in an open kitchen 😜

The oven went on at 1pm to do prep for the morning and so I could get this beauty in the oven for tomorrow 😁

Egg, leek & Bacon 🥧

Yes, a quarter of it, is mine & hubbies tea 😁 so no oven on at home 😉
