Tickets are on sale for our charity DVD horse racing evening on Saturday 13th June (starts 6:00 pm).

All the fun of the races shown on 2 TV screens in our main bar.

£1.00 Tote betting available on all 9 races.

Even if you know nothing about “The sport of Kings” you can easily take part and possibly win CASH, CASH, CASH!!

Tickets are £10.00 each and are available from the bar (cash only, please). This includes a buffet and a horse in one of the 1st 8 races. If your horse wins it’s race, you will have a chance of winning a CASH prize in race 9!!!

All proceeds, from the evening, will go towards purchasing a life-saving defibrillator for outside the pub!!

A busy weekend, here at The Bull Inn!!

Friday 29th, we have Eric and a few of his pals having a lazy, fun jam in the sun from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. What a way to spend a sunny afternoon!!

Saturday 30th, we are helping one of our lovely regulars to celebrate a special birthday (we won't be divulging any numbers!!). Ade and his Vintage Music Machine will be providing the music, with hits from the 50's, 60's & 70's. We will be open to the public, so feel free to pop in and listen to some great music, from yesteryear. Starts 7:30 pm

Sunday 31st, the amazing Ritchie Campbell is back with his tribute to Ali Campbell, UB40 and the Reggae greats. Show starts at 4:00 pm (if the weather is good, we'll be in the garden. If not, we're inside!!). One definitely not to miss!!

May entertainment at The Bull Inn:

- Tonight (10th May) - monthly Session of Rock 'n Roll bingo from 6:00 pm

- Tomorrow (11th May) & 25th May - Charity, fun quiz from 8:00 pm (£1.00 per person entry fee, maximum of 6 to a team)

- Sunday 17th May - monthly karaoke session from 5:30 pm, with All Starz!!

- Sunday 31st May - The amazing Ritchie Campbell with his tribute to Ali Campbell, UB40 and the reggae greats. Hopefully this will be held in our lovely beer garden, but if the weather isn't kind, we'll move it indoors. Show starts at 4:00 pm

In addition we're excited to give you plenty of advance notice of a FUND RAISING DVD RACE NIGHT on Saturday 13th June from 6:00 pm. All the fun of the races, but in the comfort of your local!! 9 races, 8 runners in each race. Tickets cost £10.00 which includes a buffet and ownership of a horse in one of the first 8 races. If your horse wins it's race, you will go forward to the 9th race, where a nice cash prize awaits the winner!!! £1.00 tote betting available on all races, so plenty of chances to win BIG!!. All proceeds on the night will go towards buying a life-saving defibrillator for the pub. Even if you've never been horse racing, this is a fabulous night out.

We need to have some urgent work done on the non-slip flooring in our kitchen area, which means that the kitchen will not be open for lunch service, today.

We are holding an important in-house "Emergency First Aid in the workplace" training day, on the above date, so our kitchen will be closed until 6:00 pm

The pub will be open from midday, as usual, for drinks and the dining room will open at 6:00 pm for dinner service.
