What an incredible day and an amazing opportunity to represent The Hollington Oak at the Hastings Tug o’ War! 💪🍻

This year marked the first time in The Hollington Oak’s history that we’ve entered the competition, and we’re so proud of everyone who took part.

Our ladies’ team had an outstanding debut, making it to the semi-finals, where they were knocked out by the team who have now won the competition 12 years in a row—what an achievement!

Our men’s team also gave it everything they had. Although they didn’t secure a win this year, they showed fantastic determination, teamwork and spirit throughout the day.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience, learned so much, and we’re already looking forward to coming back stronger next year!

A huge thank you to all of the organisers, volunteers, competitors and supporters for putting on such a fantastic event and making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to see you all again next year! 💙🧡
