Massive thank you to Becky for helping with rooms and guests, who didn’t have rooms ready, because we were helping evacuate animals from the fire near Sennen today.

We appreciate the guests who happily sat and waited for rooms while we helped to ensured the cats and dogs were all safe.

Well done to Jowen who had to navigate customers, and random animals today, which definitely wasn’t a normal day.

Good effort by everyone.

Claire here, I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who stepped up to help over the bank holiday, after I had a rather unfortunate accident (not an exciting story).
We have the best teams at the Welly and the Kings, you guys are amazing. Special mention to Tessa for the well time line of ‘ well that’s inconvenient’ and making me laugh 😂 and Becky for keeping things organised and checking everyone was where they were supposed to be.
Thank you to all the friends who stepped in to do what needed to be done. I could go on for ages mentioning you all, but you all know what you did and it’s appreciated.
Extra mention to Matt for not laughing too much and for being right that I wasn’t going to ‘ walk it off’, Caroline for pretty much not going home and Zoe for playing taxi and sitting in A&E when she had other plans. Love you all. Thank you. ❤️
