EDIT SO WE ARE CLEAR:- This post is not aimed at anyone in particular, it’s about our kitchen and our food In general and an explanation regarding wait times. Sorry if anyone has took it personal

CUSTOMER NOTICE ‼️‼️‼️

I just need to clarify a few things regarding our food and kitchen.

We do not serve fast food. We serve fresh home cooked food made to order. This means you will experience wait times. We do our utmost best to make sure our meals come out within a reasonable time and we can only apologise if you feel the wait times are too long. We always make the customers aware if there is a wait on food. Plus it’s bank holiday Monday and we are busy. So if you think you’re going to get served your food within 5-10 mins of ordering it’s simply not going to happen. You should wait at least 20 minutes and if it’s choker 30-35, but will always let you know of these wait times.

Please respect our staff as we work so so hard to ensure we give you the best experience when you visit us. But we don’t appreciate being spoken to with an attitude or giving us extra grief that we simply don’t need to take. Just be nice guys. And yes me as the owner/ manager will be in my office from time to time as I am busy sorting back end things out that simply need to be done I don’t sit around and do nothing that someone has just implied.
